Meet Kelly

I'm a lifelong resident of the Caledonia community in the Columbus area. I have been a real estate agent since 2007. Dedicated to the profession, I have been named a Top Producer and specialize in new construction homes.

Before joining Coldwell Banker, I worked for a closing attorney for over ten years. Helping my husband, developer Mark Frady, in the building and construction of new homes has also given me a unique perspective and expert knowledge that translates to clients' housing wants and needs.
